He had lived in Kirbyville thirty two years and was a retired Ag and Welding teacher at Vidor High School and longtime Sunday School Teacher at Kirbyville Church of Christ.
He was survived by his wife, Willie Jaye Hoffpauir; two sons, David R. Hoffpauir and Robert D. Hoffpauir and wife, Susan; a granddaughter, Allison J. Hoffpauir; two brothers, Larry Hoffpauir and wife Norma and Johnny Hoffpauir and wife Elaine.
