Virginia Beach - Nancy Carter, 87, passed away December 13, 2014. She was the daughter of the late James Haywood and Mae Adkins Earley. She was predeceased by her husband William R. Carter, sister June Twine, and daughter-in-law Jeferie Carter. Nancy was a travel agent and owner of Nancy's Cruise Center. Left to cherish her memory are her daughter Deborah Bullock and husband Dwight, daughter Donna Ivins, son Douglas Carter, grandchildren Audra Bullock and Ross Ivins, sisters Lorene Odom, Peggy Amato, and Diane Miller, and brothers James, Doug, Fred, and Jerry Earley. A graveside service will be held at a later date at Rosewood Memorial Park. Condolences may be offered at www.twifordfh.com
