She was the first female board member of Gulfsteel YMCA and a volunteer for 20 years at Riverview Hospital. Preceded in death by her parents, Jim Machen and Mae St. John; husband Robert Adcock and son-in-law, Bill Relford. She is survived by sons, daughter, sister, grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Funeral at Crestwood Chapel. Burial in Forrest Cemetery.
