EDGAR C. PEARSON, 83, formerly of Pawtucket Avenue, paymaster for the Kinnicott-Okonite Co., East Providence, for 33 years before retiring in 1972, died yesterday at Roger Williams Hospital.
He was the husband of Ina M. (Clegg) Pearson.
Born in Providence, a son of the late Henry and Ida (Paulson) Pearson, he lived in East Providence for 53 years.
Mr. Pearson was a member of the Evangelical Convent Church, Riverside. He had been a member of the former Friendship United Methodist Church, Providence.
Besides his wife he is survived by a son, a daughter, a sister and four grandchildren.
He was brother of the late Arthur H. Pearson Sr.
