Jack Amburgey, age 85, of Hazard, KY passed away on December 17, 2014 at the St. Joseph East Hospital in Lexington, KY. Jack was owner & operator of Jack Amburgey's CPA office. He has been a certified public account for around 60 years.
He was the son of the late Casie Amburgey and the late Betty Ison. He is also preceded in death by three sisters: Clova Setzer, Bonnie Davis & Lottie Curtis and six brothers: Prova, Otis, Casie Jr. Corbin, Olen & Elijah C. Amburgey.
He is survived by his wife: Mary Ruth Amburgey; three sons: Jack L. Amburgey II (Shannda), Charles C. Amburgey & Jarrod L. Amburgey (Holly); four grandchildren: Jason Amburgey, Josh (Kendra) Amburgey, Courtney P. Amburgey & Jarron L. Amburgey along with a host of family & friends.
