Miss Maude Airheart Dead.

At the home of Mrs. Ernest Brandy, Saturday afternoon, Miss Maude Airheart passed into the great beyond. While she had been ill for two years yet the loved ones and friends of this bright young lady had hoped she could conquer the disease which so deftly laid its grip upon this beautiful young life. Those who knew her best, loved her best and we can remember her sweet smile, while she was trying to make the great battle for life, the great love she showed to her loving mother was one of inspiration to all who knew her, the brothers and sisters have lost a sister whose every thought was unselfish love for them. Her friends will miss her cheery greetings and her sympathies, which she always so tenderly shared with them. Miss Maude was a devout member of the Methodist church, where she so often sang the sweetest solos, and again she will be missed from doing the many things in this life which are of true worth. When the hearts of her loved ones and friends were so torn from seeing her intense sufferings she was patient and only looked forward to passing from earth to a home of joy and peace forever. The services were conducted by Rev. W. A. Govett Sunday morning after which the remains were laid to rest in Lake View cemetery. – Marietta News.

Miss Airheart, whose death is chronicled in the above article, had many friends in Davis made on several visits to her sister Mrs. J. L. Gage, while Bro. Gage was a pastor of the Methodist church here. They recognized in her a most charming and excellent young lady, and all will be grieved to learn of her untimely death.
