Mrs. Salomia A. Snell, 87, died at 7:50 last night at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Alverta Weimer, 361 West Jackson street.
Widow of David W. Snell, she leaves four other daughters, Mrs. Adeline Horn, Windsor; Mrs. Arthur Snyder, 1295 East Princess street; Mrs. Roseado Morris, Salisbury, Md., and Mrs. Archie Runkle, 1204 East Springettsbury avenue; seven sons, Cleveland Snell, 819 Prospect street; Arthur Snell, Woodland avenue; William Snell, 419 East Boundary avenue; Henry Snell, 113 North Penn street; Edward Snell, 223 East Cottage place; Emory Snell, Wrightsville, and Samuel Snell, 425 East Boundary avenue; a sister, Mrs. Samuel Blouse, Prospect street; 25 grandchildren and 58 great-grandchildren.
The funeral will be held at 10 a.m. Thursday at Edward W. Baumeister Colonial mortuary, South Queen and Jackson streets, with burial in Mt. Rose cemetery. Rev. Dr. C. Eugene Blum, pastor of Trinity First Reformed church, will officiate.
SNELL—On October 6, 1958, at 7:50 p.m., at the residence of her daughter, Mrs. Alverta Weimer, 361 West Jackson street, Salomia A. Snell, widow of David W. Snell, aged 87 years, 6 months, 12 days.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral at the Edward W. Baumeister Colonial mortuary, South Queen street at Jackson, Thursday at 10 a.m. Interment in Mt. Rose cemetery.
