Thomas and his daughter, Viola, were buried in the Indigent section of the Old Yuma Pioneer cemetery in Yuma, Yuma County, Arizona.
At some time in the late 1960's to 1970's vandals went through and destroyed many of the grave markers and obliterated any trace of the gravesites. The area where they are buried is still there, but their exact gravesite locations are lost.
