Mrs. Carol Ann Payne, age 68 of Rockwood, Tennessee passed away on Tuesday, December 16, 2014 at Parkwest Medical Center, Knoxville, Tennessee. Carol was a member of Clymersville Baptist Church, Rockwood. She is preceded in death by her parents, James Clifford & Minnie Irene Abston Brock; husband, William Thomas Payne; sister, June Collett; brother, Jimmy Brock.
Mrs. Payne is survived by Sons Curtis Payne & wife Shannon of Spring City, TN Keith Payne & wife, Paige of Rockwood, TN Wade Payne of Rockwood, TN Grandchildren Bradley Payne, Cameron Payne, Austin Payne, Whitney Payne, Hannah Payne Hayley Williams, Timothy Billings and several other grandchildrenn Sister Wanda Boyd of Rockwood, TN Brother Rollin Brock of Rockwood, TN Several nieces & nephews
