RICHARD L. BURT, SR.
Richard Lewis Burt, Sr., 45, 313 A Wilson Apts, died Monday at his residence.
Mr. Burt was born July 8, 1928, in Columbus, son of Willie C. Burt and the late Mrs. Burt.
Other survivors include his wife, Mrs. Betty Burt, Columbus; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Fortune, Phenix City, and Misses Joann Burt, and Amanda Burt, all of Columbus; a son, Richard L. Burt, Jr., Columbus; a step[-son, William Davis, Atlanta; two sisters, Mrs. Lucille Pressley, Columbus, and Mrs. Ethel Bennett, Phenix City; two half sisters, Mrs. Nyokie McDuffie, and Mrs. Delilah Johnson, both of Columbus, and three brothers, Willie and James L. Burt, Fortson, Ga., Grady Burt, Phenix City, Clifford Burt, Rome, Ga., and Charlie Burt; and one grandchild.

BURT -- Funeral services for Richard Lewis Burt, Sr., will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the Girard Assembly of God Church with the Rev. Emory Andrews officiating. Interment will be held in Girard cemetery. The following will serve as pallbearers: Harry Fortune, Tommy Wragg, Lavon Bass, Jimmy Stone, Bill Trainer, Mack Sanders, and Kenny Edmundson. Mr. Burt is survived by his father, Willie C. Burt, Columbus; his wife, Mrs. Betty Burt, Columbus; four daughters, Mrs. Mary Fortune, Phenix City, Miss Joann Burt, Miss Alice Burt, and Miss Amanda Burt, all of Columbus; one son, Richard L. Burt, Jr., of Columbus; one step-son, William Davis, Atlanta; two sisters, Mrs. Lucille Presley, Columbus, and Mrs. Ethel Bennett, Phenix City; two half-sisters, Mrs. Nyokie McDuffie, of Columbus, and Mrs. Delilah Johnson, Columbus; three brothers, Willie Burt, and James L.
