JAMES A. PAUL, Sr., Age 67, of Piqua, went home to be with the Lord Sunday March 5, 2006 at 2:00 P.M. in his residence. He was born March 5, 1939 in Claiborne, Tennessee to the late Lonnie and Meldia (Miracle) Paul.

Mr. Paul was preceded in death by 2 Brothers and 2 Sisters. Jim retired in 1980 from the former Val Decker Packing Co. in Piqua for 14 years as a meat packer. Funeral services will be held Wednesday March 8, 2006 at 11 A.M. at MELCHER-SOWERS FUNERAL HOME, Piqua.

Burial will follow in Forest Hill Cemetery. Calling hours will be Tuesday 5-8 P.M. in the funeral home. Memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Miami County P.O. Box 502 Troy, Ohio 45373.
