Ralph Goddard Hall, age 81, of Greenback, passed away Sunday, Dec. 14, 2014, at his home.

He was a fifth-generation Blount County farmer, first Blount County Young Farmer Award 1956, president of the Board Fort Loudon Electric Cooperative, Blount County Farm Bureau board member, past president of Maryville Lion's Club, trustee for Bakers Creek Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife Shirley Hall, sons and daughters-in-law Bill J. and Sue Hall, Jim and Emily Hall, daughter and son-in-law, Lynda and David Whitaker. Grandchildren and spouses: Justin and Carrie Hall, Jennifer and Greg Newman, Tom and Dawn Hall, Andrew and Ariel Hall. Grandchildren: Austin Hall, Amber Hall. Seven great-grandchildren and sister Jean Ellington.

The funeral service will be at 7 p.m. Tuesday at McCammon-Ammons-Click Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Ron Sabo and Rev. Ben Ward officiating. The family will receive friends from 5 until 7 Tuesday at the funeral home. The family and friends will meet at 1 p.m. Wednesday at Bakers Creek Cemetery for the interment.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Lions Club, P.O. Box 253, Walland, TN 37886.
