Church 2977 Lavista Road Decatur, Ga. 30033 with Reverend David F. Richards III, pastor officiating. Interment at Washington Memorial Gardens. Mr. Nelms remains will lie in state from 10:00 a.m. until hour of service. Family and friends will assemble at the church at 10:45 a.m. Visitation TODAY from 10:00 a.m.- 8:00 p.m. at Gregory B.
