He was the husband of Mary (Petorella) Addeo.
Born in Hoboken, N.J., a son of the late Giovanni and Giovannina (Criscuolo) Addeo, he lived in Providence since 1947.
Mr. Addeo was an Army veteran of World War II. He was previously a chef from 1947 until 1963.
Besides his wife he leaves a daughter, Joanna M. Addeo of Providence; three brothers, Joseph, John, Louis Addeo, all in New Jersey; fives sisters, Phyllis Cerbone, Ida Sciaino, Connie Rizzo, all in New Jersey, Virginia Cuccia, Columbia Ramaglia, both of Las Vegas, Nev., and a granddaughter. He was brother of the late Nellie Ferranti.
The funeral will be held Wednesday at 9 a.m. from the Corbett-Quirk-Pontarelli Home, 971 Branch Ave., with a Mass of Christian Burial at 10 at St. Edward Church, Branch Avenue. Burial will be in St. Ann Cemetery, Cranston.
