Robert Randal Berry, born August 28, 1926, in Cisco, TX entered heaven on December 14, 2014, at the age of 88. He was preceded in death by his parents Nolan and Orene Berry of Lubbock, TX.

Robert served in the US Army before beginning a ten year career as a USDA poultry inspector in New Orleans. Robert retired in 1986 from Lincoln Income Life Insurance Co. of Lubbock as a district manager.

Robert married Frances Christie June 14, 1969. The couple moved to Ruidoso, NM and joined FBC Ruidoso in 1986, where Robert served as a deacon.

Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Frances Berry of Ruidoso; daughter Tacheryn McCarthy of Massachusetts; son Robert Nolan Berry of New Hampshire; sisters Norma Burress and Linda Loven of Lubbock; 3 stepsons, Lynn and Keith Christie of Garland, and Blake Christie of Lubbock; niece Judy Robertson of Lubbock; nephew Wesley Burress of Houston; 9 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.

The family requests donations to FBC Ruidoso or Christian Services of Lincoln.
