Betty (Detamore) McMichael, 81, of Yukon, OK passed away March 17, 2006. She was born May 13, 1934 in OKC to Arvel and Phala (Buckley) Pauley. She has been living in Yukon since 2002 moving from the Tuttle area. She was a homemaker and was also a member of the Eastern Star and enjoyed sewing, quilting and traveling.
She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Troy Detamore, sister Thelma Hollinger, brother Richard Pauley and great grandson Brendon Wilson.
She is survived by her husband, William, of the home; daughters Yvette McCready and Yvonne Evans and husband David all of Yukon. Grandchildren Troy Wilson, Sean Davidson and wife Jennifer and Crystal McCready and great grandchildren Braden and Brodie. She is also survived by her step-children Donald McMichael of Los Angeles, CA and Darlene Huffman of Lindsey, OK.
Services will be held Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at Woodland Hills Baptist Church in Newcastle, OK. Burial will follow in the Yukon cemetery.
