Clarence P. Smith
Mr. Smith died Saturday at a hospital here. He had been hospitalized for several weeks and plans were made for him to undergo open heart surgery when he succumbed. Born and reared in Spokane, he attended Washington State University and Gonzaga University Law School and was admitted to practice in 1942.
Funeral services for Clarence P. Smith, Spokane attorney and former deputy prosecutor, were to be held this afternoon from Thornhill Geraghty's, the Rev. Edward Hastings officiating. Interment was to be at Riverside.
