Mildred Annas Baker was born on January 20, 1922 in Marshall, OK to Thomas Marvin and Ida Elnora (Woolsey) Dallas.

She died on December 4, 2014 in Wagoner at the age of 92 years, 10 months and 14 days.

Mildred grew up and attended school in the Marshall and Covington communities.

She graduated from Covington High School on May 21, 1942; soon after, she married Harold Dee Gray on June 6, 1942 in Perry. They made their home in Marshall and Covington and had two daughters, Carol and Idanna.

She later married Thomas Eugene Baker on October 12, 1950 and they had two sons, John and Charles. They lived in Covington for a short time then moved to NE Oklahoma.

Mildred was a wife, mother and homemaker. She loved baking, camping and fishing and enjoyed gardening with Gene and canning vegetables.

In 1999, after Gene’s death, she moved to Pryor where she lived until 2012. She has lived at the Wagoner Care Center since August of 2012.

Mildred was of the Assemblies of God faith.

She is survived by her daughter Idanna Hanks and husband Bobby of Okay; 2 sons John Baker and wife Rita of Claremore and Charles Baker and wife Wanda of Salina;

17 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren, 17 great-great grandchildren and 1 brother Wesley Dallas and wife Mary Lou of Los Lumus, New Mexico.

She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, her daughter Carol, her son-in-law Andy, 2 brothers Walter and Wilbur, 1 sister Mary and 1 grandson James.
