Fred W. Klayer, 86, of Fort Myers, died Friday, April 21, 1995. He was born in Catlin, Illinois, July 9, 1908. He moved to Fort Myers in 1973 from Scarsdale, N. Y. He was a former member of the Cypress Lake Country Club and the Assoc, for the Advancement of Science. Survivors include his wife of 46 years, Elizabeth, one son, William C. Klayer of New York City; one daughter, Mary Burnett and husband Briggs of Carrolltown, Texas; and one grandson, James Klayer of New York City. Funeral services will be conducted Tuesday, April 25, 1995, at 11 a.m. at the Fort Myers Memorial Gardens Funeral Home. Interment will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery. FORT MYERS (Fla.)
