Shirley M. Mokritsky, 78, of 119 Vaux Ave., Tremont, died Monday at Tremont Health and Rehabilitation Center.
Born in Port Carbon, July 26, 1936, she was a daughter of the late John and Marion Wesner Bebelheimer.
She worked at the former Van Heusen in Pottsville and had been a crossing guard in Allentown.
She was a member of Most Blessed Trinity Roman Catholic Church, Tremont.
Shirley was preceded in death by a brother, John.
Surviving are her husband, Edward Mokritsky; two daughters, Marion, wife of Kamal Bhatt, Cary, N.C., and Barbara, wife of Leroy Dietrich, Tremont; a sister, Jaqueline McDonald; brothers, Sam and Edward Bebelheimer; grandchildren, Shatam, Anand and Josh Bhatt and Elliot and Isiah Dietrich; nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at Most Blessed Trinity Church, Tremont, with the Rev. Paul Rothermel officiating. Interment will be in Indiantown Gap National Cemetery, Annville. Minnig-Berger Funeral Home had charge of arrangments.
