Riley Theobald
Services for Riley Theobald, 91, R.R. 6, Shelbyville, who died Saturday at Major Hospital, will be at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Evangelical United Church of Christ.
The Rev. David Schnepf will officiate. Burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery where military graveside services will be conducted by American Legion Post No. 70 and Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Friends may call one hour prior to service at the church.
Mr. Theobald was a retired electrician with Pittsburgh Plate Glass. He was a U.S. Marine Corps veteran of World War I and a recipient of the Good Conduct Medal. He was a member of the National Rifle Association, a life member of the Indiana Rifle Association and Morristown American Legion and a member of the Evangelical United Church of Christ.
Born April 9, 1899, in Morristown, he was a son of Charles and Sophia (Haehl) Theobald. He is survived by a sister, Irene Theobald, Shelbyville.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Evangelical United Church of Christ or a favorite charity.
