Berniece P. Foster, age 93, passed away on Tuesday, March 21, 2006 at Brighton Gardens, where she had been a resident since October 1997. Mrs. Foster was born October 28, 1912 in Francis, Oklahoma. She received her college degree in elementary education at Oklahoma City University and she later received a Masters Degree in elementary education at Central State University. She taught in the Oklahoma City Public Schools until her retirement in 1977. At the time of her move to San Antonio she had been a very active member and an elder in Greystone Presbyterian Church in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. Berniece was also a member of Alpha Delta Kappa and Business and Professional Women's Organization. She was preceded in death by her son, Roy in 1938 and her husband, Bud in 1968 and a son, Gene in 1997. Mrs. Foster is survived by two sons, Charles of San Antonio, Ray of Phoenix, Arizona; and one daughter, Margaret Millison of Loveland, Colorado. She is also survived by eleven grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren. SERVICE SATURDAY, MARCH 25, 2006 1:00 P.M.
