Services for Leo (Pete) Healer, 62, of 1000 La Monte, will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Morelock Funeral Home with Dr. William Logan officiating. Burial will be in Eastlawn Memorial Park.
Mr. Healer died at Brownwood Community Hospital at 6:20 p.m. Thursday following a short illness.
He was born March 11, 1913 in Izora and was an automobile dealer, operating with Healer Motor Co. here many years.
He was a member of Union Presbyterian Church and had lived in Brownwood since 1930. He married Muriel Hefner Wood at Brownwood on Feb. 18, 1949.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Mrs. J. D. Atwell of Tahoka; a son, Michael Healer of Brownwood; two sisters, Mrs. Laura Higgins of Mission and Mineola Healer of Brownwood; two brothers, M. B. Healer of Brownwood and Jack Healer of Gatesville; and two grandchildren.
