GREENSBORO – Bettie Lue Barham Corder, age 83, of Greensboro, peacefully went to be with Jesus on November 24, 2014.
A funeral service will be held 12 PM Wednesday November 26, 2014 at Forbis & Dick N. Elm Chapel. Interment will immediately follow at Lakeview Memorial Park.
Bettie Corder was born July 27, 1931 to the late Jim Barham and Pearl White Barham and grew up in Summerfield. She worked as a beautician.
Mrs. Corder is survived by her niece Sandra Lee Bennett (Jerry), Lucy M. Lineberry, dear friend and caregiver, three grand nieces and one grand nephew.
She was preceded in death by six half siblings from the Barham line, half sister Frances Lee (Kermit), and nephew Tom Lee.
