Obituary:
With sadness we announce the peaceful passing of our Mom, Anne Voelpel of Dauphin, MB on Thursday, May 16, 2013 at the age of 94 years.

She was born in Langenburg, Saskatchewan on February 4, 1919.

Anne was predeceased by her loving husband of 57 years, Matt Voelpel; her father, Philip Adam who passed away before her birth; and her mother Nettie (nee Dressler).

Funeral service was held on Monday, May 20, 2013 at 2:00 p.m. from the Trinity Lutheran Church in Dauphin, with Pastor Howard Burnie officiating. Joanne Mansoff served as organist. Interment followed in the Dauphin Riverside Cemetery. Laying Anne to rest were Pallbearers Ken Wilson, Brad Wilson, Don Wilson, Rick Voelpel, Scott Watson and Matthew Mullen. All of Anne's friends were considered as Honorary Pallbearers.

The church was a very important part of Anne's life. Those wishing to remember Anne may honour her memory by making donations to Trinity Lutheran Church.

Arrangements were entrusted to Sneath-Strilchuk Funeral Services with funeral homes in Dauphin, Roblin and Ste. Rose du Lac.
