Biography
Jacob Kidder (1787 Goffstown, Hillsborough, New Hampshire, USA - 18 Mar 1870 New London, Merrimack, New Hampshire, USA) was the son of Private Elijah Kidder (1762 – 1810) and Mary Sargent (1754 – 1849). He married Mehitable Johonnott about 1803. They had the following children:
Thomas Kidder 1803 – 1868 married Ruth Mudgett (1801 - 1879). Seven children.
Betsey Kidder 1807 – 1824 married Laprelet (o Laferelet) Sweet (c 1805-). Three children.
Elijah Kidder 1809 – 1861 married Mary Elizabeth George (1815 – 1914), Eight children.
James H Kidder 1810 – Oct. 14, 1833 aged 23 (also buried here)
Jacob Kidder 1813 – May 16, 1833 aged 20 yrs. (also buried here)
Amos Kidder 1815 – 1852
Sarah Kidder 1817 – 1896 married Stephen Abbott (1812 – 1895). Five children.
