Dariel Wayne Ball, 69, of Elkhart, died at 3:30 am, Saturday, November 22, 2014 in Elkhart General Hospital. Dariel was born on January 31, 1945, the son of the late Dariel G. and Alice M. (Bush) Ball. On July 17, 1963, he married Judith A. Ridgley. She died on October 18, 2004. Dariel is survived by two children, Rose (Tim) Smith of Elkhart and Dariel W. Ball, Jr. of Niles, MI, four grandchildren, Michael Smith, Crystal Smith, Bradley Smith and Ricky Fields and 11 great grandchildren. He is also survived by a sister, Connie Clark of Elkhart and two brothers, James (Juwaine) Ball of Elkhart and Cecil Ball of Middlebury, IN. He is preceded in death by his parents, wife, and two sons, Ricky Ray and Johnny Joe Fields. There will be no visitation. A graveside service will take place at 10:00 am, Wednesday, November 26, 2014 in the chapel of the Good Shepherd Mausoleum, located inside Chapel Hill Memorial Gardens, Osceola. Chapel Hill Funeral Home, 10776 McKinley Highway, Osceola in handling arrangements.
