SECOND CREEK, WV---Bobby Lewis Boggs, age 59 of Second Creek, WV passed away Monday, November 17, 2014 at Roanoke Memorial Hospital at Roanoke VA, following a sudden illness. Born June 5, 1955 at Union, WV he was the son of Alma Saunders Boggs and his step-father Frank Boggs of Second Creek, WV and the late William Marvin Boggs. Lewis was a woodsman and a farmer by trade and he was a very helpful neighbor in the community. He was also of the Protestant Faith. In addition to his mother and step-father, survivors include three daughters, Aimee Boggs of Caldwell, WV, Tina Wilmer and husband Seneca of Lewisburg, WV, and Misty Boggs of Roanoke, VA; one son, Jeremy Boggs and wife Lindsey of Caldwell, WV; three sisters, Sharon Beasley of Willow Bend, WV, Helen Burns and husband Tommy of Pickaway, WV, and Cathy Smith and husband Mark of Lewisburg, WV; four brothers, Marvin Dale Boggs and wife Debbie of Second Creek, WV, Roger W. Boggs of Organ Cave, WV, Billy Joe Boggs and wife Lori of Second Creek, WV, and Darrell Wayne Boggs and wife Nancy of Hollywood, WV; four grandchildren, Abbie, Katelyn, Jacob, and Ali; special companion, Pamela Boggs of Pickaway, WV; and many nieces and nephews also survive. Graveside services will be held 12:00 Noon Thursday, November 20, 2014 at the Carlisile Cemetery at Hollywood, WV with Rev. Jimmy Rogers and Freddie Bostic officiating.
