Adolph William Anhorn, 38 years, of 104 Thirteenth avenue west, died in a local hospital on Saturday evening after a lengthy illness. He was born in Odessa, Russia. Before coming to Calgary 14 years ago he lived at Hatton, Saskatchewan, for eight years and in Regina for six years. He was a member of the Crescent Lodge No. 87 A.F. and A.M.
Surviving are his wife, Lydia; one daughter, Elsie, of Calgary; his parents, Mr. and Mrs. G. Anhorn, of Medicine Hat; two sisters, Mrs. Jack Shrider and Mrs. E. Anhorn of Calgary; two brothers, Emanuel of Crossfield, and Gottlieb of Hatton.
Funeral services will be conducted at 2 o’clock on Wednesday afternoon from Jacques funeral home. Burial will be in the Burnsland cemetery.
