He was preceded in death by his father, Thomas Hamilton Carrico and his grandparents.
Survivors include his wife, Debbie Hughes Carrico, of Lebanon, KY; mother, Martha Carrico, of Lebanon; son, Tommy Carrico, of Lebanon; daughter, Olivia Carrico, of Lebanon; eight sisters, Mary Helen Weeks, of Monument, CO, Ann Langford, of Frankfort, KY, Vicki (Beno) Spalding, of Lebanon, Fran Wright, of Frankfort, KY, Jane (Joe) Logsdon, of Louisville, KY, Tommy Lou (Terry) Thomas, of Lebanon, Libby (Todd) Raley, of Lebanon, Joann (Parker) White, of Louisville, KY; father and mother-in-law, James and Joyce Hughes, of Lebanon; sister and brother-in-law, Angie and Gary Caldwell, of Lebanon. Also surviving are several nieces, nephews and many special friends.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 22, 2014 at St. Augustine Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be held from 4:00 to 8:00 p.m. Friday at St. Augustine Catholic Church with prayer services at 7:00 p.m. held by Deacon Joe Dant.
Visitation will begin at the church Saturday morning at 8:30 and will continue until service time at 11:00 a.m.
