She was born September 8, 1939 in Middletown, IN
She worked production at Guide Lamp Division of General Motors for 8 years.
She donated to many charities to help children.
She is survived by her three daughters, Lean Poffenbarger, Lisa Covarrubias; Kim (Josh) Wood and her son, Thomas J. Maddox; two stepchildren, Nola D. Bodenhorn and J. Bentley Maddox; two sisters, Lynn (Carl) Cox; Sandra (Blaine) Williams; special friend, Ann Etchison; many grandchildren including Joe (Lindsey) Poffenbarger and Alexandra (Tom) Green; several great grandchildren, including Tyler, Blake, Trent and Michael Poffenbarger and several nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Noel Maddox; and special friends, Phyllis Mundel; Cliff Streaty and Lillian Stout.
Services will be 2 p.m. on Monday, November 24, 2014 at Rozelle-Johnson Funeral Service
with Ned Clark officiating. Burial will take place at Miller Cemetery in Middletown, IN.
Visitation will be from noon until the service at 2 p.m. on Monday at the funeral home.
