Obituaries from Benton Co, Ark Vol 1 184-1898 Pg 145 - Allen, William - Died at his home near Dickson, July 28 1894, William Allen, better known as Uncle Billie Allen. He was buried in the Center Point Cem, July 29th, the funeral service being conducted by Rev Geo M Henderson, pastor of the ME Church at Bentonville. Uncle Billie was 74 yrs of age and had been a christian nearly 60 yrs. He was known and loved by all about him and h is bereaved family have the sympathy of all who know them. Benton Co Democrat - Aug 02 1894.
