Funeral services for Helen Lillian Jones, of Boyle, Mississippi, will be at 2:00 p.m., Wednesday, November 19, 2014 at Mortimer Funeral Home, 711 Highway 82 East, Greenville, Mississippi. She died Saturday, November 15, 2014 in Jackson, Mississippi.
Mrs. Jones was born in Carroll County, Mississippi, the daughter of James G. Moore and Ada Martin Moore.
She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, Steve L. Jones, and one granddaughter.
She is survived by children, Terry (Sheila) Jones of Senatobia, Bobby (Deborah) Jones of Richland, Wanda (Marion) Kelly of Swiftwater, Helen (Barry) Burns of Greenville, Janet (Doug) Fisher of Cleveland, David (Jonie) Jones of Oxford, Jeffrey Jones of Boyle, and Melissa Jones of Cleveland; a sister, Loavone Hood of Clarksdale; 19 grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.
A visitation will be held 12 noon - 2 pm, Wednesday, November 19, 2014, at Mortimer Funeral Home, Greenville. Interment will be in Indianola Memorial Gardens. Arrangements are under the direction of Mortimer Funeral Home, Greenville.
