Dies of Heart Trouble
Following an illness of two weeks, during which time she suffered greatly from heart trouble. Elizabeth Darby, wife of John J Reuben, died this morning at the family residence, 1019 Bleeker St.
Beloved by her many friends and acquaintances and admired, a woman of sterling character. Mrs. Reuben's death will be a source of regret for all who were acquainted with her. A faithful wife and a loving mother. Mrs. Reuben held the
respect of all who knew her.
Born in this city, the daughter of the late Terrance F. and Bridget Vaughn Darby. Mrs. Reuben had always resided here. She was educated at the Utica Catholic Academy. She was a faithful member of St Agnes Church.
Surviving are here husband and three children, Edward, Kenneth, Mildred: one sister, Mrs John J Bradley, and three brothers, Eugene, Frank, and Terrance J.
