Mr. Fisher, who was born in Spokane, died Friday.
His family moved from Shelton, Wash., to Davenport, where he helped his father operate the family business, Chris Fisher and Son Fuel Co.
He served in the Army Medical Corps in France during World War II and later operated a ranch near Reardan, Wash., raising cattle and alfalfa.
In 1959 he married Alma (Melcher) Keller in Coeur d'Alene, and they continued to operate the ranch.
He worked in the maintenance department for Washington Water Power for 27 years and retired in 1988.
Mr. Fisher is survived by his wife; a son, Herb Fisher of Reardan; three stepchildren, Faye McRae of Wilbur, Wash., Gary Keller of Yuma, Ariz., and Claudine Angstrom of Creston, Wash.; a sister, Betty Jean "Pat" Browning of Spokane; two grandchildren and numerous stepgrandchildren.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Davenport Swimming Pool Fund.
