Addison M. Roby
Addison M. Roby, 87 years old, former owner of a general store at Abington, died Friday morning.
For the past five years he had resided with his niece, Mrs. William Hunt, and family of the Chester pike. He was born in Wayne county, May 2, 1858 and had resided in Wayne county all of his life.
He leaves one daughter, Mrs. Edna McCashland, near Centerville; one son, Richard Roby of near Richmond; six grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. He was a member of the Abington Christian church.
Funeral services for Mr. Roby will be held Monday at 2 p.m. at the Welfer Funeral home where friends may call after 2 p.m. Saturday. Burial will be in Abington cemetery.
