BAILEY - Elizabeth E. Bailey, 71, 1526 Huffman Blvd., died at 11 a.m. Friday, Sept. 5, 1986 in Howard Young Medical Center, Woodruff, Wis., after a sudden illness. Born Sept. 3, 1915 in Rockford, th daughter of George and Catherine Breckenridge Picken. Lived all her life in Rockford. Married to Curtis D. Bailey in Rockford April 21, 1941. Member of First Presbyterian Church, member of Forbes Department of Rockford Woman's Club. Graduated from Rockford Central High School. Survivors include her husband, Curtis; three sons, Steven, Roscoe, Robert and Thomas, Rockford; five grandchildren; a brother, Dr. Edgar R. Picken, Sterling; a sister, Mrs. Jean Beck, Savannah, Ga.; several nieces and nephews; an aunt, Mrs. Grace Rodgers, St. Petersburg, Fla.
Services at 10 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 9, in FRED C. OLSON MORTUARY LTD., 1001 2nd Ave., with the Rev. W. Kent Clise, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, officiating. Burial in Greenwood Cemetery. No visitation. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the American Heart Association or the Eagle River, Wis., Memorial Hospital. 9-6-3
