He loved his truck driving job, working on trucks and keeping them running good.
Survivors include one sister, Shelia Faye Gibson of Paragould; a significant friend, Susan Boyd of Paragould.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clifford and Faye Hyde; one brother, Tommy Hyde; and one sister, Lisa Smith.
Funeral services were at Mitchell Funeral Home Chapel, Paragould. Burial was in Pine Knot Cemetery.
