Vivian Veleria was born to Mary Rebecca Brennan and William Thomas Sewell on February 28,1913 in Webster County,Mississippi.She had two brothers;Oscar B. Sewell and Adron Lee Sewell.Two half sisters;Emma Sewell Holland and Lillie Sewell Sharp.
She married Evans F. Brassfield June 22,1928.
She was the precious mother of five girls and five boys; Ruby,Carl,Nettie,Thelma,Glen,Leon,Robert,Beth,Rebecca and Evans Jr.

God looked around His garden
and found an empty place
He then looked down upon the earth
and saw your tired face
He put his arms around you
and lifted you to rest
God's garden must be beautiful
He always takes the best.
He knew that you were suffering
He knew you were in pain

get well on earth again
He saw the road was getting rough,
And the hills were hard to climb.
So He closed your weary eyelids
And whispered "PEACE BE THINE"
It broke many hearts to lose you
But you did not go alone,
For part of us went with you
On that day GOD called you home.
