Leslie P. Armstrong, 89, Blue Springs, died April 12, 2004, at St. Mary's Hospital of Blue Springs. Mr. Armstrong was born July 21, 1914, in Lehigh, IA.
He was an active member of All Saints Lutheran Church of Blue Springs.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Ann Hilterbrand, and three brothers, George, Mearl and James Armstrong.
His survivors include his wife of 66 years, Evelyn Armstrong, of the home; a daughter, Jaci Pardun and husband, Ray of Blue Springs, MO; two grandsons; eight great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; a sister, Jennie Trickle of Harcourt, IA; and one brother, Wayne Armstrong of Fort Dodge, IA.
Services will be Wednesday at the church. Burial will be in Swan Lake Memorial Gardens, Grain Valley. Arrangements are under the direction of the Chapel of Memories Funeral Home, Grain Valley.
