Paul L. Angst, age 90 of St. Clair Township, passed away on Sunday, November 9, 2014 at Fort Hamilton Hospital. He was born in Hamilton on January 4, 1924, the son of the late Louis Frank and Mabel E. (Lamm) Angst. On November 17, 1944 in Hamilton, Paul married his wife of almost 70 years, Marjorie (Decker) Angst. He graduated from Seven Mile High School in 1942 and was a member of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church. Paul was also a member of the Seven Mile Izaak Walton League, Butler County Farm Bureau and past president of the Butler County Soil and Water Conservation District. He was a lifelong farmer along with his wife, Marjorie. Paul leaves behind his wife, Marjorie; four children, Judy (Danny) Baker, Janet (Tom) Ziepfel, Jerry (Dora) Angst and Linda (Tim) Plageman; sister, Mary Bolan; many grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; sister, Frances Dennison; and grandson, Jason Ziepfel. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 12noon on Friday, November 14, 2014 at Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, 222 Hamilton Avenue in Trenton with Father Ed Pratt officiating. Interment will follow in Darrtown Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5pm until 8pm on Thursday, November 13, 2014 at Webb Noonan Kidd Funeral Home, 240 Ross Avenue in Hamilton. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations be made to Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church.
