Jerry Louise Abbey, age 70, passed away on Wednesday, November 5, 2014, in Comanche County, Texas.

She was born on March 23, 1944, in Baytown, Texas, to James H. and Lillie Kate (Eubanks) Robinson.
For many years she taught Special Education, first in Frankston and later in Crockett.
In May, 2002 she was united in marriage to Franklin Abbey in Comanche.
She was a member of Abiding Life Fellowship Church in Comanche and also a member of Retired Teachers' Association.

She is survived by her husband, Frank Abbey of Comanche; son and daughter-in-law, Joshua and Brittany Molandes of Maples; daughter and son-in-law, Shelley and Dr. Randall Barron of Comanche; eight grandchildren: Destiny Molandes, Racheal Barron, Reese Barron, Michael Molandes, Madeline Molandes, Ryan Barron, Rylie Barron, and Mace Molandes; sister and brother-in-law, Joyce and Terry Schmidt of Austin; sister, Iola Gene Morrow of Cedar Park; brother and sister-in-law, John and Micky Smith of Oakwood; numerous nieces and nephews; and special friend, Estelle Zapata.
She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Lillie Robinson; brother, Joe David Robinson; and sister, Jane Carol Sorenson.
