Mr. Adams served in the US Navy in World War II. He retired from Michelin Tire Corp. He was a Mason and a Shriner. He was an avid bowler, card player and loved to dance and travel.
Surviving are daughters, Jimmie Lynn Capps (John) and Jane Rene Lukas (Tim Moore); grandchildren, Hillary Pioth-Hunter (Ike Hunter), Samantha Capps-Martin (Tommy Martin), Alexandra Capps; great grandchild, Jules Rene Pioth-Hunter; and his loving nephew, Lee Adams. He was predeceased by wife, Sara Catherine Blackwell and brothers, Eugene and John Adams.
