Survivors include one daughter, Mary Jean Cichaski (Ted), two sons, Donald Lee and Michael Thomas; one sister, Nell Brown; two grandchildren; six great grandchildren and a special thanks to her Hosparus Family.
Service: 2 p.m. Wednesday with burial in Bethany Cemetery. Visitation: 1-8 p.m. Tuesday and after 9 a.m. Wednesday until service.
