Mrs. Eddie Hughes Prinzler, 406 East 5th Avenue, Attalla, died in a local hospital at 8:05 a.m. yesterday. Survivors, niece, Mrs. Josephine Hughes Urban, Dallas, Texas and a number of cousins. Services tomorrow at 1:30 p.m. at Collier-Butler Chapel. Burial in Forrest Cemetery. Mrs. Prinzler was a native of Gadsden and resident of Attalla most of her life. She was the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Gabriel Hughes and Dr. and Mrs. Joseph Bevins, prominent families of Gadsden. She was the widow of Oscar B. Prinzler. She was a member of First United Methodist Church, Attalla and was very active is civic and church activities for many years. The Gadsden Times, February 20, 1973.
