MC PHAIL - Mrs. Frances McPhail, 80, 1809 Camp Ave., died 11:20 a.m. Friday, Feb. 5, 1971, in Rockford Memorial Hospital after a short illness. Born Jan. 22, 1891, in Rockford, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Lake. Lived all her life in Rockford. Married to James A. McPhail in Redondo Beach, Calif., Jan. 14, 1915. Member of Westminster Presbyterian church, and of P. E. O. and Rockford Women's Club. Survivors include: three cousins, Mr. Richard Hellger, Sedona, Ariz., Mrs. Norman (Shirley) Strohl, Lindsey, Ohio, and Mrs. Edward (Maxine) Price, Fremont, Ohio; and a sister-in-law, Mrs. William (Sadie) McPhail, Rockford.
Private Services will be held. Arrangements by BURPEE-WOOD FUNERAL HOME, 420 N. Main St. No visitation. In lieu of flowers, friends may contribute to a memorial fund in her name at Rockford Memorial Hospital.
