Wife of Rollie William Amsberry of Mason City, Custer County, Nebraska; married on 12 August 1931 in Hays, Ellis County, Kansas.

"Sadie Holm Amsberry was born to Carl and Mary Holm, July 25, 1905, on a farm home in the Beechville community, six miles southeast of Mason City.
She attended the Willow Dell rural school, Mason City High School and Kearney Teachers College for two years before teaching school in the Beechville rural school and in the Mason City public schools.
She was a long-standing member of the Methodist Church.
She was married to Rollie Amsberry on August 12, 1931 at Hayes, Kansas. Mr. and Mrs. Amsberry established their home on a farm in the Algernon community where they resided until October 28, 1952 when they moved into their present home in Ansley where she passed away November 15, 1963 at the age of 58 years, 3 months and 21 days.
Mr. and Mrs. Amsberry were parents of four children. Three died in infancy. Mrs. Amsberry was also preceded in death by both of her parents.
Survivors include her husband, Rollie; her son and daughter-in-law, Jim and Marilyn; two grandchildren, Rollie and Gary; a sister, Anna Beck of Litchfield; three brothers, Harry of North Platte, Clarence of Mason City and Floyd of Litchfield; other close relatives and a host of friends."
