She resided most of her life in Amity Arkansas. She worked for 35 years at the post office in Amity where she was known by all. She was active in the Amity Methodist Church. After retirement she and her husband Arles traveled the United States extensively, visiting every state, in their motor home. She and Arles moved to Kingsport Tenn. 11 years ago in order to be near their family. They resided in Fleetwood Manor.
She is predeceased by her father, Alvin Wisener of Glenwood Ark.; her mother, Nancy Coker Wisener; and her brother, Roy A. Wisener of Glenwood.
She is survived by her husband, Arles DeBow of Kingsport; son, Dr. Dwight DeBow and wife, Carol of Kingsport; granddaughters, Dr. Elizabeth DeBow of Ashville, N.C., Mrs. Laure DeBow Shull of Salt Lake City, Utah and Mrs. Julie DeBow Davis of Nashville; sister Gladys Sorrells of Kalispell, Mont.; and a brother Robert "Bob" Wisener of Hot Springs, Ark.
