He retired from DeLaval-Transamerica Corp. after 44 years of service as a process engineer.

A Navy veteran of World War II, he was a life member of the American Legion Post No. 31 of Yardville and a former member of the Trenton Elks No. 105 of West Trenton. He was a member of Our Lady of Good Counsel Church in West Trenton.

His obituary was published in The Times (Trenton NJ) on April 1, 1996.
