BOONEVILLE – Clynese Brown Brasel Green, 87, died Monday, November 3, 2014, at Landmark Nursing and Rehabilitation Facility in Booneville. She was born June 28, 1927, in Prentiss County to Charlie L. Brown and Anna Viola Gann Brown. She was a homemaker and a member of Little Creek Baptist Church.
Services will be 11 a.m. today, November 5, at Booneville Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. J.C. Newby officiating. Burial will be in Kirkville Cemetery.
She is survived by a daughter, Dianne Brasel Porter (Bob) of West Union; four sons, William Freddie Brasel, Bobby Gale Brasel (Kim), Robby Dale Brasel (Trish), all of Booneville, Ricky Wade Brasel (Vicky) of Fulton; a stepdaughter, Marilyn Green Marr (Phil); 11 grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husbands, William Kirk Brasel and Robert C. Green; a brother, Noel Brooks Brown; three sisters, Lela Kernith Stephens, Moise Alene Clark and Evelyn Charlene Barnes.
Pallbearers will be Scott Porter, Brian Porter, Taylor Brasel,Nathan Hill, Bob Porter and Kevin Brasel.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of choice.
